Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

We offer a 14-day refund on your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us at hello@clinicalresearchlearninghub.com and we will process a full refund. Renewal charges are non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Is there a free trial?
The 20 free structured activities effectively give you a trial of the platform's teaching style. The first module of the CDM course is also accessible without a subscription so you can evaluate the course format before subscribing.

To earn a completion certificate you need an active subscription, a passing score (70% or above) on every knowledge check across all activities with questions, and completion of all course activities.
Is the certificate an official qualification?
No. The certificate is a record of completion issued by the Clinical Research Learning Hub and is not an accredited qualification. It demonstrates that you have completed the platform's curriculum and passed the associated assessments.
