Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Clinical Research Learning Hub platform (“Platform”), operated by Clinical Research Learning Hub (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

Clinical Research Learning Hub is an online educational platform providing structured learning content, interactive tools, practice examinations, and document templates for clinical research professionals, specifically those working in or preparing for careers in clinical data management.

All content is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional medical, regulatory, legal, or clinical advice. Always follow your organisation’s approved protocols, sponsor SOPs, and applicable regulations.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password.
• You must provide accurate information when registering. Impersonation or false registration is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Billing

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. You will retain access until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time except under our refund policy below.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment by emailing hello@clinicalresearchlearninghub.com. Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the 7-day window has passed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Platform using your subscription
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell Platform content without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, subscription gates, or security measures
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the Platform
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Use the Platform in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including module text, quiz questions, document templates, tool interfaces, illustrations, and brand assets, is owned by Clinical Research Learning Hub or its content contributors and is protected by copyright.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own educational purposes during your subscription period. This licence does not grant you the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content.

Regulatory standards (ICH, FDA, EMA) and industry guideline references (GCDMP) are cited as factual educational references. All other content is original or licensed.

8. Educational Disclaimer

The Platform is an educational resource, not a professional certification body. Completion certificates issued by this Platform are educational completion records and are not formal professional certifications issued by any regulatory authority or professional association.

Content is reviewed by subject matter experts for educational accuracy. However, clinical research regulations, guidelines, and best practices change over time. Always verify current requirements against primary regulatory sources before applying them in a professional context.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinical Research Learning Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or professional consequences arising from reliance on Platform content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
